These Terms and Conditions apply to all forest school sessions provided by Wildwoods. By booking a session, you agree to the following terms:
1. Bookings and Payments
- All bookings must be made through our third-party booking partner, eequ.com (Links on each session page using the “Book Now” button).
- Payment is taken at the time of booking via the eequ.com secure payment system.
- Wildwoods does not store or process payment information directly.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
- You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable.
- Refunds are processed through eequ.com in accordance with their terms.
3. Session Changes and Cancellations by Wildwoods
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any session due to:
- Illness or unavailability of qualified staff
- Severe weather or unsafe conditions
- Other unforeseen circumstances
- In the event of cancellation, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
4. Attendance and Supervision
- Children must be dropped off and collected by a parent or guardian unless prior written consent is provided.
- All required medical and emergency contact forms must be completed before attending.
- Wildwoods staff are DBS-checked and trained in safeguarding and first aid.
5. Health and Safety
- Sessions take place outdoors in all weather (except extreme conditions). Please ensure children are dressed appropriately.
- We conduct regular risk assessments and follow strict safety protocols.
- Any medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs must be disclosed during booking.
6. Behaviour and Conduct
- We promote a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment. Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the session without refund.
- Wildwoods reserves the right to refuse admission if a child’s behaviour poses a risk to themselves or others.
7. Liability
- While every effort is made to ensure safety, outdoor activities carry inherent risks. Wildwoods is not liable for injuries unless caused by negligence.
- We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
8. Data Protection
- We comply with UK GDPR. Personal data is collected only for booking, safety, and communication purposes.

9. Changes to Terms
- Wildwoods reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Any changes will be posted on our website and communicated to registered users.
